smolvm

Added in version 26.10

The smolvm scope controls how smolvm microVMs are used by Nextflow.

smolvm.enabled

Enable smolvm execution (default: false).

smolvm.engineOptions

Specify additional options supported by the smolvm CLI (i.e., smolvm [OPTIONS] machine run).

smolvm.envWhitelist

Comma separated list of environment variable names to be included in the VM environment.

smolvm.network

Enable outbound network access in the VM (default: true).

smolvm.registry

The registry from where images are pulled. It should NOT include the protocol prefix (i.e., http://).

smolvm.runOptions

Specify extra command line options supported by the smolvm machine run command.

smolvm.temp

Mounts a path of your choice as the /tmp directory in the VM.

smolvm.tty

Allocate a pseudo-tty (default: false).

smolvm.writableInputMounts

When false, mount input directories as read-only (default: true).
